What type of glass do you use for the splashbacks?
We use premium 6mm toughened glass, complete with polished and bevelled edges. Additionally, our splashbacks feature low-iron glass for exceptional clarity.
How long does it take to receive my custom splashback?
Estimated UK delivery is 7–10 working days from the date you order. Your glass enters manufacture straight away while our artists prepare your proof, which is normally emailed within 2–3 working days. Standard stock sizes offer quicker dispatch.
Can I customize the design on the splashback?
Absolutely! Once you've placed your order, we'll send a design proof to your email for your approval before we proceed with the printing.
Is the glass splashback heat resistant?
Yes, our splashbacks are made of toughened glass that is heat resistant, making them ideal for use behind cooktops and ovens.
How do I clean and maintain my glass splashback?
You can clean your splashback with a non-abrasive glass cleaner and a soft cloth to keep it looking brand new.
What are my payment options?
We accept a variety of payment methods including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and online payment platforms. We use Stripe as the payment processor.
Can I install the splashback myself?
The installation process is straightforward and any novice DIYer will be able to install the splashback.
What is your return policy?
Due to the custom nature of our splashbacks, returns are generally not accepted unless there's a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping.
Is there a warranty for the splashbacks?

Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the UK. Please contact us if you have special shipping requirements.
Is there a minimum distance between hob and splashback?
The glass should be at least 75mm (3 inches) from the edge of the flames. Do not allow hot pots to touch the glass directly. It could damage the print backing over time.
When measuring should I allow for expansion?
We recommend knocking off 3mm off your splashback sizes to allow for possible expansion, and allow enough room for it to fit. Toughended glass cannot be cut once made, so please make sure you measure and double check correctly.
